Q.

Why salt is not adviced for babies? Once they start solids , they don't take breast milk as much as they have taken till 6 months. So if I don't add salt, will not their Sodium intake reduce?

A. Hello dear parent! Sodium will be assimilated from many foods that you feed your baby. Salt is not good for food assimilation as your child’s digestive system is still developing. Consult your doctor for further advice
