I Can only tell you that there is no specific reason behind this a lot of women get these kind of lines when they are pregnant but there is no logic as such behind it if you want or if you’ve any particular thing related to that in your mind then you can discuss it with your gynaecologist but it is going to go away automatically once you deliver
