why my toddler is having pimples on his buttocks??

A. Hello good evening !! If baby having pimples like rashes might be due to body heat (heat boils) . Give fluids that controls body heat butter milk, Barley, sabudana, Coconut water, lemon or orange or mousambi juice. If baby have small rashes Like sooji nearly at a place then it's allergy . Any indigestion (food allergy) or diaper rash also forms on buttocks. Apply coconut oil on rash frequently.
