my daughter got small pimples on buttocks legs what could be reason

A. If it is spreading towards the legs also then maybe this is some kind of an allergy if it was only on the butter area of your child then it would be diaper rash or something but if it is red if it is in increasing down to legs also maybe some allergy or infection you should consult your doctor for that
