ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. are yoy doing too much exertion. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionyou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment
