A. Teeth grinding in children, also called bruxism, is quite common and usually happens during sleep. It can be due to stress, anxiety, teething discomfort, earache, or even improper alignment of teeth. Sometimes, it may also be linked to worms in the stomach, especially in toddlers. If it's occasional and mild, it often goes away on its own. However, if it happens frequently or causes tooth damage or jaw pain, it’s best to consult a pediatrician or dentist for proper evaluation and care.
