why my newborn skin looks allergy type sometimes for few seconds then get back to normal

A. It is normal in new born babies as they look exceptionally red and sometimes little red bumps appear on cheeks but as the days passes you will see the difference and always wash your hands before handling the baby avoid kissing on cheeks
