why my child make annoying faces every now and then.... has it become his habit or it will change as he grow up.

yes usually it changes over period.
but please don't Scold or yell at your child for this.
just try to have talk with your child for this.
I mean ,try to make your child understand that it is not good ,you can tell stories for this also.
try to distract your child by giving toys or activities.
stay calm consistent and positive
