Why my 3 months baby is vomiting

Vomiting usually happens when a child is sometimes being over fat then vomiting is like huge vomiting scene that you can think of but otherwise little bit of spitting a little bit of throwing up of milk is seen then that’s mostly due to stomach reflux issues it’s very common with small kids
