Why my 11 month gal is always gettin fever checked for urine routine nd culture reports are normal...but I duno y she is gettin fever often 😒

Q. hello doctor my daughter is 18 months old. 4 months ago her VUR surgery was done. She had Grade 4 VUR problem. Now we have to done urine test every month. I want to know her urine routine reports are perfectly normal with PUS cell 1/2, Epithelial cells 1-2, Bacteria absent. We have done her urine culture also with the same sample whose routine reports are normal as I mentioned above. but in culture it shows >10⁵ and name of bacteria. I'm not getting it how it is possible if routine reports are normal then why it shows growth in culture reports. please help me with this.

Q. #AsktheExpert Hi Doctor, My son had fever and now he has no temperature. But my doctor suggested to get Urine Routine, Urine Culture for diagnosis purpose.
