Why is my baby pooping after every wake up

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl4 months agoA. It’s normal for a child to poop after waking up there’s nothing wrong with it the digestion isn’t very good so sometimes they poop sometimes they vomit and that’s very normal with growing age as a digestion will be better things are going to change
