why is my baby not gaining weight.. she eats all her meals properly

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Then this could be due to a nutritional deficiency as which is why even after eating felt the kids do not gain weight so I’m going to say that you can start with iron and multivitamin supplement as of now
