Q.

my son is not gaining weight since a year. but he eats 3 meals and 2 snacks. what should I do to make him gain weight

A. hi as kids grow their activity level is increased and so their gain of weight is not that much rapid. it is normal. if a child looks happy and active , gains enough weight (15 to 17 kg) no need to worry about it much.
