Hello Dr.. my son is not gaining weight...he is totally active he will have his 3 meals 2 snacks but not gaining weight....what is the reason

Hello mom kids by the age of 1 year they triple their birth weight & then it takes 5 years to double that up, as far as he is active for his age and eating well a little varation is acceptable. give him all usual family foods now amd gradually increase the quantity and variety
