A. without proper exercise diet control not possible to lose weight Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi mom Start with the exercise. Yoga, cycling, jogging, walk will help u to reduce postpartum weight.. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Cut down high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
