ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. bleeding or spotting during 32 weeks of pregnancy maybe either related to some Pathology internally. so get a sonography done to know about the reason and consult with your doctor with reports and better you should take total bed rest
