why I am getting weight lose too much?.... my son is 11 month 15 days old...

A. Hello mom as the motherhood is quite demanding most of the time the mothers health just gets ignored. so you have-to try to give time for yourself. Take rest when ever possible and also take care of your diet .. you can take some healthy snacks inbetween your meal time such as milk , panjiri , dry fruits and nuts , vegetable soups , fresh seasonal fruits . Also get yourself tested for thyroid
