Why has my son 6 year old not lost any teeth yet?

A. hello ma'am do not worry about this normally kids start losing teeth from the age of 6 to 7 years and the first one to go are the lower Central. . . .

A. Its Okay wait for another 5 to 6 months if the child still does not start to lose its milk teeth then you should get it checked with the dentist because mostly it happens after the age of 4 to 5 years why know that it should have started but you can still wait and then can you check with a paediatric dentist
