why fever and loose motion and vomit coming for baby during the time of teeth development?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 months agoA. it is common during teething. mostely teething fever are low grade fever. abd they have gum irritation during that period, for tgat tgey use to put unwashed fingers, hands, objects in mouth which leads yo loose motion n vomiting
