A. hiccups are present only due to gases in the stomach, for which you can do burping there should be at least 3 to 4 burps given after each feed which releases the gas in the stomach and also baby feeds properly

A. Hiccups are very common in infants as they swallow air during feeding which causes gas and make them colic. The air filled stomach gets enlarged and touches the diaphragm which results in hiccups. So, make sure you do burp your baby after every feed and massage their back for at least 15 minutes after feeding. I hope this will be helpful.

A. Hello dear parent, hiccups among baby is absolutely normal. Do not worry about it at all. Just guve your baby burp after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. Good luck and take care
