should frequent hiccup after feeding be considered significant?

A. HI.. NO IT IS QUITE NORMAL IN NEWBORN BABIES IN FACT IT IS PART OF THEIR DIGESTIVE PROCESS MAKE SURE YOU ARE BURPING THE CHILD AFTER EACH FEED AND KEEP HIM IN UPRIGHT POSITION FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES AFTER EVERY FEED

A. this is normal or common in infants, after feeding you can give baby burp by taking him on your shoulder and pat his back gently till he takes the burp. it helps the baby in digestion as well as he won't take this much hiccups
