Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, I will suggest you to get your blood test to know more. Have a well balanced diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, dairy products. Have atleast 2 litre water in a day. Also make sure you are having your calcium and iron pills every day without forgetting. Take care and happy parenting.
