Q.
why can't I introduce sughar and salt to my baby..? until he turns 1 yr..?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Salt will be a burden on the kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm.
sugar may depress immunity, dental decay, And leads to obesity, Diabetes,

U Can’t it’s not an issue see a lot of doctors it is not good for growth and head and they have their own logic but my paediatrician said that I can use properly everything from the beginning itself all the spices salt and years instead of sugar if you can go for date Syrup or jaggery and that would be a better idea to go for
