Q.

it is advised not to introduce salt and sugar until the baby becomes one year old then why is the recommendation having salt. also, how can I introduce paneer when there are no teeths?

A. dear mum, you can introduce sugar to your baby even after completion of 6 months, however salt should be given only after completion of 1 year. you can mix paneer in your baby's food. you can mash it and give or give small pieces. baby can chew with the help of gums.
