when will we introduce salt,sugar,and spice to the baby food..?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Instead of sugar you can use jaggery and you can use dates for sweets and salt you should give from the beginning itself I gave it because my doctor advised me too so I’m going to recommend to use it for your child as well
