why baby doesn't drink milk perfectly?

A. The child is too small sometimes they cannot latch onto the breast properly and which is why the feeding is improper and sometimes they are not sufficiently hungry but we try to feed them every two hours as per Dr’s instructions for that I am also they can refuse a feed or they do not take it
