ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. please give everything in form of purees and don't try to overfeed in order to get weight gain.. child may have reduced appetite during teething phase and overfeeding can cause gastric issue.. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and visit paediatrician once

Hello ma’am Maybe your child was not able To digest the food which is why this happened so I would just advise you to just give good amount of water to your child and make your child sleep and tomorrow if the same thing happens then it could be due to food poisoning or something so please consult your paediatrician ones
