A. Hi you can use coconut oil initially,if it does not feel effective,then you can try the moms co. diaper rash cream,its safe and effective.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children7 years agoA. Coconut oil is the best followed by diaper rash cream . Before putting diapers you can apply coconut oil. If the rashes are still there you can go for diaper rash cream. You should also give diaper free time for few hours everyday. Also make sure you choose the right size which is neither too loose nor too tight for the baby. And in very severe cases of rashes, you can consult with your pediatrician and get some medicated ointments prescribed.
