while i am getting ready to visit temple in the hotel i got periods so stayed in the room itself i didnt visit temple but i am feeling guilty about it actually my periods on 1st but i got it on 25th. my in laws n parents felt bad about this situation what to do i don't know how to come out from this guilt

A. pray here. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment
