#asktheexperts I want to delay my period date of one week as there is temple visit My date is by 23 and temple visit is by 20 Which medicine should I take

A. you need to start the tablets 4 days before your period date and it is effective only if your periods are regular tablet primolut - n can be taken twice daily.
