Q.
While feeding on breast, my baby sleeps within 5 mins, and while i try him to burp he doesn't due to sleeping. Is it necessary to do so, and how can it be done. please suggest. also suggest ways how i can try him to feed more on breast.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Older babies may take five to 10 minutes, or less, on each side. Short nursing sessions are normal – and perfectly fine unless your baby is having trouble gaining weight. Some babies are snackers – they nurse for a minute or two, take a break, and then go back.
