while cutting the nail of six months old baby. skin got peeled now it has turned into yellowish & swollen.. please advise

there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may requirde antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you cdan give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
