Dear mom there is no one particular food which will help in any specific growth. its a combination of all food groups, hence it is important to have a balanced diet which includes all the food groups like whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, ghee etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods
make sure child is physically active.
