Dear mom, there is no one particular food which will help in growth of height, however it is a balanced diet which should include whole grains, dals and pulses, milk and milk products , nuts and oilseeds, ghee , seasonal fruits and vegetables. avoid processed and packaged foods.

Milk is also a good source of protein, which helps in cell growth in the body. No child’s diet is complete without a big glass of milk every day. Yoghurt is a great option too!
