Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi sorry but no soap will help to change skin color of your child it just help to keep the skin clean for better skin tone, please give massage to your child regularly I would suggest to use Babyhug massage oil which contains power of 7 different oils
