Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. the colour complexion of the baby is genetic not possible to change the colour by using soaps for more information better you consult your doctor for proper examination if there is any need for some investigations and advise in this regard

no cosmetics will help to change skin color.
but yes , massage can help a lot to improve skin tone of child.
so I advise to give massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
