Use products that make your baby's skin soft and smooth . i personally recommend Johnson's Baby Soap and Johnson's Baby Lotion. Both the products are safe for the baby and makes the baby's skin healthy and maintains the natural colour of the baby

You can try Aveeno Baby Daily Moisturizing Lotion, it’s safe, mild and helps keep skin soft, smooth, and well hydrated all day.

There is no such brand which is going to make the skin of your child fair it is going to be as it is meant to be based on the genetics of the child if you’re looking any good brand which is suitable for the skin and I can recommend you Johnson’s but it is not going to make your child fair
