Divyabharathi vuppuluriMom of 2 children4 months agoA. Hi dear, no lotion make skin colour change. But we should keep baby’s skin soft and smooth. For this I am using Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion for my baby. It protects baby’s skin from dryness and keeps 24 hours moisture.

Cetaphil products are very good for the skin of the child I would recommend you to use them none of the products can make the skin white or bright whatever they claim is not right honestly because the colour of the skin is based on the genetics I can only advise you with the best of brands which would help in maintaining hydration and moisturising in the skin
