Which one is a better choice for a breast pump manual or electric ? and how long does it store breast milk with or without a freezer? please help

Look if you are going to express more and more than any electronic is better of course it is hasslefree but it is very expensive and if you don’t have much of it then you can go ahead with using the basic manual pump that’s not an issue other than that also I’m going to recommend that you should either store it into deep freezer that can stay for a longer time and in fridge and Room temperature in refrigerator it is a day or so could be around 70 minutes
