Manual pumps are often less expensive and portable, but they require more effort and time. Electric pumps are more efficient and save time, but they can be expensive and less portable.
Regarding your question about whether using an electric breast pump affects your baby and you, according to experts, it is safe to use an electric breast pump as long as you follow the instructions carefully. It is best to consult with your doctor or lactation consultant before choosing which type of pump to use.
Ultimately, the decision of which breast pump to use is a personal one that depends on your specific needs and preferences. I suggest exploring both options and deciding which one works best for you and your baby. Remember to take care of yourself and your baby's needs as you navigate this new chapter of motherhood. Best of luck!
