which kind of food best for feeding women

A. Dear mum, for a feeding mum, you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have adequate fluid intake.
