plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, iron rich foods like dry fruits, green leafy vegetables, meat fish, chicken.
protein foods like egg, soya, pulses, beans, milk and its products ( about 400 to 500 ml per day)
whole grain like oats, Daliya, wheat, rice, Bajra.
have good intake of fluids and water
do not have dietary restrictions for healthy food as your requirements for breastfeeding are high and you make increase 1 to 2 portion of healthy food as compared to before.
avoid junk, high sugar, fat and processed food.
have healthy fats from flaxseed, nuts,
have small frequent meals.

Eat three servings of vegetables, including dark green and yellow vegetables per day. Eat two servings of fruit per day. Include whole grains such as whole wheat breads, pasta, cereal and oatmeal in your daily diet.
