which is the best suitable pain killer tablet for breast feeding mother?

A. you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for feverx paracetamol can be taken maximum four times per day and it has to be taken after some amount of food the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you shouldx visit the doctor
