Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi from photo , it is not only dry skin problem ,it seems like infection so please visit your pediatrician or dermatologist for once. apply thin layer of coconut oil or pure aloe vera gel on this . keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
