Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the raccshes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.

it can single use or it might be reusable once. it can be of any brand. (in a particular band also there are types from regular to premium, and the premium has got more absorption and less allergy).
the most important thing that you hcave to follow is that it should not cause peri anal and genital skin allergy as well as it has to be changed regularly before it can cause perianal rash. can apply coconut oil and baby powder to decrease the chances of rash before using the diaper.
if it is causing allergy then kindly change the brand.
