which foods I should give to my one year old to get enough iron and calcium?

A. Hello mom give some seasonal fruits and vegetables to them , also you can give millets , like ragi , bajra etc , sesame seeds , dry fruits and nuts and also dates , raisins etc dals and legumes, milk and products would be beneficial
