Your baby will love to try different coloured and taste in this age...
Try giving different colored fruits and veggie for your baby.
1.Steamed Beans with rice puree
2.Steamed Carrot and potato puree
3.Steamed apple and rice puree
4.Steamed Greens rice with ghee
5.Banana puree
6.Watermelon juice
7.Tender coconut water
8.Dhal rice with ghee
9.Curd rice
10.Rava kichadi with coloured vegetables.
Rich in protein
If you are a Non -veg eater. you can give
1.Egg white scrambled eggs.
2.Egg yolk scrambled eggs.
3.whole egg scrambled.
4.chicken soup rice.
5.Steamed Fish.
You can give Paneer and Cheese also. which is rich in protein.
As ur baby is 10 months now. Apart from the above you can start finger foods also.

give calcium and iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, paneer ,ghee ,.curd,ragi etc
it is best to give veggies like spinach, tomatoes, beetroot etc
give fruits like apple, pomegranate, strawberry ,dates etc too
use jeggary while preparing food for your child.
