Food like milk, daliya with milk and jaggery, dry fruits, oats, ragi, paneer, flaxseed, methidana, jeera, ajwain, fresh fruits, vegetables helps in increasing breast milk supply
Take small and frequent meals
Avoid excess intake of ghee and fried and sweet food
Water intake must be 2-3 litre per day

Yea More of water proteins and you should just a good amount of fibre into your daily diet that’s what is going to help about 4 to 5 L is definitely considered good along with that as much Phiber as you can so if you want you can increase or fibre and protein and lactation supplements as well
