NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello when you are breastfeeding the baby it is just that you should avoid spicy food and also gasey cause food in the diet as it can affect the baby tummy and apart you can have I other fruits and vegetables and healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet
