A. Dear mum, for one year baby, give a variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates. Give all grains, cereal and pulses. At least 500 ml of milk every day that can include milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed your baby.
